Our spa is designed for your relaxation and comfort. Therefore, out of consideration for other clients, please switch off your mobile phone. A security deposit of up to 50% will be charged at the time of booking for any spa packages or treatments.
Arrival
All clients are required to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time for preparations, including changing clothes. This ensures that treatments begin on time. The spa will provide Thai pajamas, towels, undergarments, shower gowns, and slippers for all clients at no additional charge.
Cancellations / Late Arrivals
TREATMENTS/PACKAGES BOOKING
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations or amendments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate being charged or the deposit becoming non-refundable.
1. Changes or Cancellations (7 days’ notice).
– Any cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
– If this notice is not provided, 50% of the full service will be charged or become non-refundable.
2. Changes or cancellation (48 hours’ notice).
– For cancellation or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, the full-service rate will be charged, or the deposit will become non-refundable.
If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are unable to reschedule, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Thai Square Spa cannot guarantee the prevention of theft or damage to your property while using the lockers. We will not be held liable for any thefts unless they result from our negligence.
Age requirement
The minimum age requirement for access to the spa is 16. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Gratuities
These are gratefully received but entirely at your discretion.
Vouchers
Gift vouchers are ideal for any occasion and can be personalized and sent on your behalf.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiry date. Once expired, vouchers cannot be extended.
